Wikiversity:Candidates for Custodianship/Darklama (full custodian)

From Wikiversity

I'd like to nominate Darklama for full custodianship. He has, as expected, been working on our .js and .cs files, the MediaWiki namespace, and has created, imported and/or adapted various useful templates for our use. As I had said in his original nomination, Darklama is probably our most technically proficient "regular contributor," has a long history of being an Administrator in good standing on our sister project en.Wikibooks, and is happy to help us with our most challenging technical issues. If you have a technical question about the bells (or even the whistles) here at Wikiversity, he'll be your best bet for either getting something adjusted or at least letting you know definitively if something needs to be sent to the devs instead.

Darklama is one of those contributors who both enjoys and is very good at helping others make their contributions work, and we are lucky to have him here helping us. --SB_Johnny | talk 14:19, 23 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Questions and Requests

[edit source]
  • When I press "C" above to get a list of contributions, why is it empty? When I go to your user page and try to get contributions there, I see rather more. --McCormack 06:15, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
    • OK, I see that it's a namespace issue, but all the same, you have contributed to the MediaWiki namespace recently as well, so I still don't see why it is empty, and why is it set to that particular namespace anyway? --McCormack 06:17, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
      • Not sure why its set to list only contributions to MediaWiki, but its not including enough in the link to show the contributions right away, you have to click the search button. Perhaps that was attentional. If not I could fix it. --darklama 14:26, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
