FYI, the recommended Wikiversity heading style uses sentence casing. For example:

This is a really interesting topic and something that could you with your chapter is discussing the concept of interocption and its ability to help regulate emotions if the person is aware of their bodily states. Could be interesting to touch on. I have found an article that discusses this further. I have also found an article on how heart rate affects emotion regulation in the brain which could also be helpful in completing your chapter.
