Very interesting topic and I love your dot points you have. Will be really interested into seeing whether sexual harassment training actually works or whether training on confidence in masculinity/personal development is actually required. Would be interested to see what sexual harassment female to male or same genders would look like and how that would effect power dynamics

Hey there, great job on your book chapter. one suggestion i would like to make is in regards to your reference list - it is important to have this APA therefore this requires proper intent, italicts ect. i really encourage you to just have a look back and edit the template accordingly
Tips:
To make a sentence italic please include two dashes at the start and end of your section. for example: ''Jornal of Pyschology, #''(#).
leave one space in between each of the references so they appear orderly

The accompanying multimedia presentation has been marked according to the marking criteria. Marks are available via the unit's UCLearn site. Written feedback is provided below, plus see the general feedback page. Responses to this feedback can be made by starting a new section below. If you would like further clarification about the marking or feedback, contact the unit convener.
The correct chapter title and sub-title are missing from the name of the presentation — this would help to clearly convey the purpose of the presentation
A written description of the presentation is not provided

Overall, the quality of written expression is good
Some paragraphs are overly long. Communicate one key idea per paragraph in three to five sentences.
Use 3rd person perspective (e.g., "it") rather than 1st (e.g., "we") or 2nd person (e.g., "you") perspective[1] in the main text, although 1st or 2nd person perspective can work well for case studies or feature boxes
Layout
Include an introductory paragraph before branching into the sub-sections (see [Provide more detail] tags)
Avoid having sections with 1 sub-heading – use 0 or 2+ sub-headings
Grammar
The grammar for some sentences could be improved (e.g., see the [grammar?] tags)
Grammar-checking tools are available in most internet browsers and word processing software packages.[2]
Another option is to share draft work with peers and ask for their assistance.
Check and correct use of possessive apostrophes (e.g., cats vs cat's vs cats')[4]
Proofreading
More proofreading is needed (e.g., fix punctuation and typographical errors) to bring the quality of written expression closer to a professional standard
APA style
Direct quotes need sources and page numbers – even better, write in your own words
Figures
Provide more detailed Figure captions to help connect the figure to the text
Use this format for figure captions: Figure X. Descriptive caption in sentence casing. See example
Refer to each Figure at least once within the main text (e.g., see Figure 1)
Citations are not in full APA style (7th ed.). For example:
A full stop is needed after "et al" (i.e., "et al.") because it is an abbreviation of et alii.
Multiple citations in parentheses should be separated by a semicolon
References are not in full APA style. For example:
Good use of embedded in-text interwiki links to Wikipedia articles. Adding more interwiki links for the first mention of key words and technical concepts would make the text even more interactive. See example.
No use of embedded in-text links to related book chapters. Embedding in-text links to related book chapters helps to integrate this chapter into the broader book project.
Basic use of image(s)
No use of table(s)
Basic use of feature box(es)
Basic use of quiz(zes)
Basic use of case studies or examples
No use of interwiki links in the "See also" section
Move external links to the external link section
Basic use of external links in the "External links" section
