Comment[edit source]

Hey! I found this reference that discusses safety and risks of psilocybin and I thought it might be relevant to your topic. Tylš, F., Páleníček, T., & Horáček, J. (2014). Psilocybin–summary of knowledge and new perspectives. European Neuropsychopharmacology, 24(3), 342-356. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.euroneuro.2013.12.006--BenRoss068 (discusscontribs) 04:20, 12 October 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Comment[edit source]

Hello! There is lots of fascinating new research surrounding the use of psilocybin alongside CBT in treating addiction. Here's an interesting longitudinal study. Although it has a small sample size (n=15) the 12-month follow up seems to have resulted in quite high rates of smoking cessation (67% had quit smoking after 12 month follow-up). I hope that this can help direct some of your book chapter and I wish that I was assigned to one as interesting and cutting edge as yours! https://doi.org/10.3109/00952990.2016.1170135

Comment[edit source]

Suggest narrowing the topic to a focus on a particular type of disorder for psilocybin assisted psychotherapy, e.g. PTSD or alcoholism. U3191488 (discusscontribs) 13:23, 28 August 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Heading casing[edit source]

Crystal Clear app ktip.svg
FYI, the recommended Wikiversity heading style uses sentence casing. For example:

Self-determination theory rather than Self-Determination Theory

Here's an example chapter with correct heading casing: Growth mindset development
