Section headings Overview should have no sub-headings. Well developed 2-level heading structure, with meaningful headings that directly relate to the core topic. See earlier comment about Heading casing. Sections which include sub-sections should also include an overview paragraph (which doesn't need a separate heading) before branching into the sub-headings. Key points Overview - Consider adding focus questions. Avoid providing too much background information. Briefly summarise generic concepts and provide internal wiki links to further information. Then focus most of the content on directly answering the core question(s) posed by the chapter sub-title. Good development of key points for most section, with relevant citations. Consider introducing a case study in the Overview. Consider including more examples/case studies. Consider embedding one quiz question per major section rather than having one longer quiz towards the end. Image An image (figure) is presented. Caption uses APA style. Caption explains how the image connects to key points being made in the main text. Cite each figure at least once in the main text. Consider increasing image size from default to make it more readable. References Good. Overall Overall, this is an excellent chapter that successfully uses psychological theory and research to help address a practical, real-world phenomenon or problem. For additional feedback, see following comments and these copyedits. Theory Relevant theories are well selected, described, and explained. Research Relevant research is well reviewed and discussed in relation to theory. When describing important research findings, consider including a bit more about the size of effects in addition to whether or not there was an effect or relationship. Written expression Written expression Overall, the quality of written expression is excellent. "See x." is not a sentence; integrate in full sentences (e.g., see X). Layout The chapter is well structured, with major sections using sub-sections. Learning features Excellent use of embedded interwiki links to Wikipedia articles. No use of embedded links to related book chapters. Embedding links to related book chapters helps to integrate this chapter into the broader book project. Use in-text interwiki links, rather than external links. Excellent use of images. Excellent use of tables, although Table 2 and 3 probably don't represent sufficient information to warrant a table. Overall Overall, this is a reasonably good presentation. This presentation makes effective use of simple tools. Structure and content An appropriate amount of content is presented - not too much or too little. The presentation is well structured. Add and narrate an Overview slide (e.g., with focus questions), to help orientate the viewer about what will be covered. The presentation could be strengthened by adding a Conclusion slide with practical, take-home messages. Communication The presentation is interesting to watch and listen to. The presentation makes effective use of text and image based slides with narrated audio. Well paced. The font size is sufficiently large to make it easy to read. The visual communication is effectively supplemented by images. Production quality The chapter title and sub-title are used in the video title - this helps to clearly convey the purpose of the presentation. Audio recording quality was OK - probably an on-board microphone was used because keyboard clicks were audible. Consider using an external microphone. Visual display quality was very good.
