Hi Wiki Resources, I am Percy. Nice to meet you. I love the beach, swimming, fishing, and I am currently doing some research at Wikiversity on oceanography. I am also learning to play piano. What do you like? Can I be your mascot?

Wikiresources[edit source]

Hi! I have seen that you are quite active in creating content pages. If you want us to delete some page that is no longer needed or created by accident (like Wikiresources/Why this tool? or New page) just mark it as {{delete my page}} and we will take care of the rest. You can consider making a redirect page as well. --Gbaor 17:21, 5 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Could you clarify if you still want why this tool? since you have Wikiresources/Why this tool? -- Jtneill - Talk - c 11:44, 7 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. I've deleted File:MARBUR~1.JPG because the image is already available under the name File:Marburger-Religionsgespräch.jpg. Regards. Adambro 19:37, 7 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Was this page perhaps intended for Wikiresources/Communication Tools? (If you so, you could move it and the mark the old page as {{delete my page}}. -- Jtneill - Talk - c 23:48, 7 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:VUE.jpg.jpg. Do you have any source and copyright information for this image? The vast majority of images on the WMF projects are required to be freely licensed and so if that isn't the case here then I'm afraid it may have to be deleted. If you simply require an image of a mouse, rather than this specific mouse, then you should probably be able to find an appropriate image in the relevant category on Commons which can be used on Wikiversity by refering to its filename in the same way as an image uploaded locally. Regards. Adambro 16:08, 25 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please provide this information for your other uploads. Additionally, can you provide the source of File:Jklyuio.jpg please. Thanks. Adambro 16:49, 25 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry to bother you about this again but I'm afraid we have to insist that adequate source and copyright information is provided for all images on this and any of the other Wikimedia Foundation projects. Please provide this information for each of your uploads, a list of which you can find here, before uploading any more images. If you need any help or advice regarding this then please ask. Moving pages[edit source]

It's good to see the well-developed user page content is now in the main space. FYI, rather than copying, you can just move a page which leave a redirect behind. You can still add a redirect to your old pages - this would be preferable to leaving duplicate content. Hope this helps. -- Jtneill - Talk - c 13:23, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What is the copyright of File:VueScreenshot.jpg?[edit source]

Thanks for uploading File:VueScreenshot.jpg, but:
The file needs some copyright information soon to stay at Wikiversity. Please place {{information}} on the file page and fill out who the owner is and the copying terms. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about using files because of copyright law.
Who owns the rights to this file? Usually this is the work's creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Only the person or company who owns the rights can give permission to use this file freely.
What are the terms for using this file? Wikiversity accepts open content, public domain, and fair use works (see Wikiversity's Copyright policy). You can place a {{copyright template}} on the file page to signify the copyright terms.
Please remember to do this for any other files you have uploaded or will upload. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me on my talk page or the Wikiversity community at the Colloquium. Thank you.
