What is the best smart phone operating system? Why?

In my opinion, the best smart phone operating system is Android because it is a open source whose all codes and information are open to the public. This allows anyone to copy, make changes, and modify parts or the whole software without violating the copyright agreement. Moreover, this makes open source software develop faster than any of the non-open source such as iOS, Palm WebOS, BlackBerry OS, because users themselves are the developers. No developers can understand the consumers better than the consumers themselves. Because all the information about the program on how it was built, modified etc. are shown to public. Everyone could re-write the whole or just part of the software as much as they feel like to.

Assignment 2 "Social Networking"

What is the site you selected?

Digg

What is the site's purpose and why is it considered a web 2.0 site?

This site purpose is to let the users be able to share their content such as an article, music, picture etc. on the web. Users can give comments and talk to each other. Besides, what is voted by other users the most can be in the main page of the website. The reason this website is considered a web 2.0 site is because this website is a social-networking site where all the users can interact with each other.

What is your favorite website and why?

My favorite website is MOG. Even though it is said that all access is not available in Thailand yet, it looks like such a very useful place to discover a lot of new, unique music.
