A process documents a way or ways to do something in order to achieve desired goals of the Wikiversity community. Processes should be no big deal. If a process no longer achieves the Wikiversity community's desired goals the process should be dropped, changed or replaced.
A proposed process becomes an official process when consensus in support of a process is demonstrated and prior to demonstrated consensus the process has been used successfully by the Wikiversity community for at least 40 days. The Wikiversity community may decide to extend the test period in which to use a proposed process before accepting it as an official process.
