I can ascertain that this is a faithful depiction of the ultrasonography performed on the described case, without any photo manipulation. The image is a much needed one, since the Wikipedia article on cervical pregnancy lacks an image altogether. There was verbal consent from the patient. I work at the same department as the creator of the image, and I do a bit of everything at Wikiversity Journal of Medicine, but otherwise I state no additional potential conflict of interest in making this peer review.
