Hey, I really found it very informative and interesting as I have a keen interest in exercise, and just for the record I have strong intrinsic traits and love new experiences surprise surprise! Furthermore, I really like the way you have formatted and structured it. Specifically going through each segment thoroughly before moving on to the next, for example: Intrinsic/extrinsic motivation and it's influences, before moving onto a more thorough look at arguably the 2 most influential personality models. Hiya, I like how much you've put into the layout and formatting of the page, it looks really professional so far. I was thinking that the section of definitions seems mostly unnecessary except for the personality part. Differentiating between the views on personality before you jump into the theories is cool and makes a lot of sense, but it doesn't seem necessary to define physical exercise or motivation unless you think that is really crucial. Maybe if you finish and are hitting the word limit them cut those down or cut them out? Just a suggestion, otherwise the chapter seems really great!

Hey, so I was thinking that perhaps you shouldn't use the psychoanalytic and humanistic approaches, and instead focus on trait theory because your title focuses on personality traits rather than personality in general.--CeeJay95 (discusscontribs) 00:12, 5 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi, my book chapter is Vocational Motivation and Personality so I thought that it would be helpful if we contributed to each others chapters. You have made a great start with the headings and points you have added so far. I have added some sentences and ideas for you to consider expanding on as well as a few images. I hope you find them helpful but ok if you decide not to use them as they are just suggestions. You might want to consider adding a link to a personality and exercise quiz. You could also consider including some block quotes on your page to highlight your points and provide a good way to break up content. Focus on answering the question

The structure makes logical sense, but I recommend keeping preliminary sections to a minimum - the answer to the question, which is what the reader is interested in, is contained in section 5 - that is the single most important section, so make sure it gets the most detail/airtime. -- Jtneill - Talk - c 21:03, 21 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
