Assuming licenses[edit source]
What's the basis upon which you presume that this and other images have been released under GFDL? sebmol ? 13:32, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
- Based upon statements such as this, I think it's rather clear that his intention was to license the images under a free license, i.e. GFDL, but that he's having quite a few problems doing so and doesn't quite understand how image tagging and licensing on Wikiversity work. I left him a note on his talk page, asking him to remove my licensing if this presumption was incorrect. AmiDaniel (talk) 17:46, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
Hi AmiDaniel,
Thanks for saving my work! I haven't been back for months
on the theory that Big Brother was going to delete everything I did and I had no idea how to set the copyright. I didn't understand your instructions on my talk page, but it looks like I just need to edit the copyright section and replace everything with "self-GFDL-Cc-by-sa-2.5" (plus curly brackets)on every diagram. I did this on http://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Motion_-_Kinematics. Hope it is okay! Harvey 20:16, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

Search hack[edit source]
Hey, got your message on IRC. Thanks so much, that's brilliant! :D I put it here: commons:MediaWiki:Blanksearchextra.js. A minor tinker - can it be easily appended to Special:Search as well? thanks, commons:User:pfctdayelise 12:39, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
Introduction to VB6[edit source]
Hey! I'm, "Richard2me", that unregistered user who was pumping up Introduction to VB6.
Stuff[edit source]
Hi AmiDaniel - I read your concerns over there at the discussion. I am still thinking very carefully about the whole situation - my post previous to yours was a subtle allusion for my own uncertainty on the extent to which external Wikiversity information should be used for the evaluation of candidates. --HappyCamper 19:11, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
