I am self-nominating for full custodianship. I have been a curator for six or seven years and it would be helpful to have the capacity to revdel and block as necessary.   Out of the three users on that list, Dave is "taking a wikibreak" (according to his user page), Jtneill is busy with Motivation and emotion, and Mu301 has no substantial edits since April. 5. Support - Subjectively, I have a very good impression from Justin admin actions on the English Wiktionary.
