Hi, thank you for the feedback on my chapter on Emotional Freedom Techniques! Well done on this book chapter!!! It is very impressive and well thought out! I love the use of coloured boxes to separate practical application/examples of your topic, as it breaks up the content and attracts attention to the more engaging activities. The only other thing I could suggest is to increase the use of hyperlinks to supporting Wiki pages, so if the reader wants to broaden their knowledge on a particular topic they are able to do so. Again, well done!! U3048330 (discusscontribs) 23:47, 20 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hey! Really cool topic, very informative and difficult to fault. I like the examples you've provided, especially when defining shame and guilt. The only thing I picked up on is that your video link doesn't show up properly. It could be my browser, but if you add the following in, it'll add a little box in that has an in-built link. You just need to change the colour to what you want (I've written 'COLOUR' where you can change that) and where it says 'PROVIDE LINK HERE', just put your link in and write a bit about it. Good luck :) Here's the template - {| cellpadding="10" cellspacing="5" style="float: center; width: 25%; background-color: inherit; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto" | style="width: 10%; background-color:COLOUR; border: 1px solid #777777; vertical-align: top; -moz-border-radius-topleft: 8px; -moz-border-radius-bottomleft: 8px; -moz-border-radius-topright: 8px; -moz-border-radius-bottomright: 8px; height: 10px;" |

[PROVIDE LINK HERE .....]

Hello! What a fascinating topic you have gotten to discuss and research! Your writing style is really proficient and you made some excellent points throughout your chapter. i would just suggest a few minor recommendations to your chapter. Firstly, i would incorporate some pictures or a quiz ignored to engage in the audience and those who read it. The quiz could focus on testing peoples knowledge on what you discussed throughout your chapter. Secondly, i would utilise a real-life example (of a made up person or someone you know) who has struggled with guilt during motherhood. This would help explain all of your theoretical information and allow people to see how it takes place and its effects in a real life setting. Thirdly, i would provide a few more external links. this is a really prevalent topic in today's society and i have no doubt mothers would be interested in reading and learning more about this topic. All the best :) --U3034876 (discusscontribs) 07:55, 22 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Thankyou for the feedback, I have added some hyperlinks, hopefully fixed the video, and added some additional external links. I appreciate the suggestions of the quiz and the real life example, however as I'm approaching the word limit I will have to stick with the smaller example boxes, the video and the external links is intended to provide some further insight into real life examples.U3100474 (discusscontribs) 07:29, 25 October 2015 (UTC)u3100474Reply

Heading casing

[edit source]
FYI, the convention on Wikiversity is for lower-cased headings. For example, use:

==Cats and dogs==

rather than

==Cats and Dogs==

Overall

[edit source]
  1. This is basic text-based presentation with low quality audio.
  1. Add citations to slides.
  2. Attribution theory and appraisal theory seems to have been mixed/confused.
  3. Consider using more illustrative examples.
  4. Consider using images.
  5. Since when is conventional wisdom that guilt is positive and helps us to feel good?
  1. Audio clarity is very poor.
  2. Consider using greater intonation to enhance engagement.
  3. Text slides are basic, but sufficient.
  1. Audio quality is poor (low resolution, quiet) - review microphone set up.
  2. Provide more details in the description field (e.g., brief description of presentation, license details, link back to chapter).
