Overall

[edit source]
  1. Overall, this was a fascinating topic, and it was a pleasure to watch this presentation, well done.
  1. There was a nice effort to include theory and research, and the flow worked well. For improvement, include mention of more theories and perhaps a higher emphasis on research studies.
  1. Overall, Jing was used to great effect, and the presentation was relevant and engaging. For improvement, the use of a case study or real life example might help to further engage the viewer
  1. The presentation quality was sound, well done. Relevant link, image refs and licensing info must also be included, thus this presentation likely violates copyright law. Courtney.Bruce (discusscontribs) 03:48, 23 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Overall

[edit source]
  1. Overall, this is an interesting, informative overview of nomophobia and its emotional affects. For more feedback, see my copyedits and comments below.
  1. Theory is well covered, particularly given that this is a relatively new area.
  1. Research is well covered, particularly given that this is a relatively new area.
  1. Written expression was generally very good, but appeared to lack proofreading.
    1. Avoid one sentence paragraphs. A paragraph should typically consist of three to five sentences.
  2. Learning features
    1. The text could become more interactive by including interwiki links and more images.
  3. Spelling, grammar and proofreading
    1. There many instances of double-spaces instead of single-spaces. In other places, a space is missing (e.g., driving(Webster, 2014)).
    2. There are some repeated words (e.g., mobile phone phone)
  4. APA style
    1. Check APA style for in-text citations e.g., (Butt, & Phillips , 2008) -> (Butt & Phillips , 2008)
    2. The reference list is in basic APA style; it needs italics and removal of issue numbers for seriated journals.
