hi I think that this topic is an important once especially considering the recognized increase in the use of methamphetamine within Australia, when exploring violence and methamphetamine I think that looking into medical/nursing Journals would be a good idea because nursing staff deal with a lot of aggression from people who come in on affected by the drug. another interesting point to look at would be is there a difference in levels of aggression between long term addicts that have uninterrupted access to the drug compared to addicts that do not have a constant reliable supply. Overall Overall, theory and research was well discussed and integrated. Be sure to keep to time as the last 30 seconds could not be marked Structure and content This presentation had great inclusion of research and theory on an important topic. For improvement, perhaps elaborate on some specific studies to help expand the watchers understanding Communication Brain shark was used to create a simple but effective presentation. Pacing was good and the tone was engaging. For improvement, consider using case examples to further engage an audience and spreading content across more slides. Production quality As noted above, simple tools were used to good effect. For more feedback, see my copyedits and comments below. Theory A reasonably good/useful understanding of relevant theory is presented. Heritability is mentioned in relation to aggressively, but no link with methamphetamine usage is explained The content is overly focused on general theories of aggression; it could be improved by focusing in more detail on the relation between meth usage and aggression There is an overreliance on textbook references (e.g. Weiten, 2010); preferably use primary peer-reviewed sources Is aggression an emotion?? Research Some coverage of methamphetamine and aggression research is coverage, but a more indepth coverage would be helpful. When describing important research findings, indicate the size of effects in addition to whether or not there was an effect or relationship. Some statements were unreferenced - see the tags Note that correlation does not prove causation - check whether what is meant by the use of "correlation" in this chapter Reporting numbers of users could be made more useful if expressed as percentages. Written expression Written expression was problematic, particularly with regard to grammar.
