Every Sunday evening a little girl would sit by her window in her home watching the clouds roll by while she would pet her kitten sleeping in her lap. She absolutely adored the black and white companion she named Oreo. She would ask her parents to buy her feline toys to entertain him with, such as feathers on a colored rope or a red laser pointer shaped like a mouse. Her laughter filled the room every time she shined the little red light all over the floor letting Oreo chase it like his prey. Her simple childhood will always be remembered by the hours she enjoyed most, with Oreo.
