ISO 8601

This template is not yet ISO 8601 compatible. CQ 07:30, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

The CURRENTWEEK variable says it's Week 21 but the CURRENTDOW is at 0. In the USA a week begins on Sunday, but ISO 8601 says it's day 7. Thus the currentweek/currentdow schema I was going to use has a cavaat for Sundays. Using the parser function, {{#time:Y/W/N|27 May 2007}} results in 2007/21/7 and is consistant with ISO 8601.
