Do we need graph theory or other fundamentals

[edit source]

I am currently wondering if we should include basics of graph theory to the first part of the MOOC. For Example explaining 404 and its importance to web scale we need to understand that the design choice of the web graph was to be directed and not to be undirected. There will be more parts within the entire course where we need fundamentals of graph theory so I think it might be a good choice to include a short review (only as much as we need) of graph theory. Also I wonder if we might night some other basic knowledge? --Renepick (discusscontribs) 12:38, 29 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
