Invalid Parameters[edit source]

Citation contains an automatic hint for invalid parameters. Difficult to identify the wrong parameter in the list.(The preceding unsigned comment was added by Bert Niehaus (talkcontribs) 19 June 2018)

@Bert Niehaus: Try process of elimination. It's pretty easy to find which parameter is the problem. If you'd like to improve the template error messages, see Wikipedia:Template:Cite journal and Wikipedia:Module:Citation/CS1. Our template is a copy of theirs. -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 17:04, 19 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you Dave, removed access-date from the citation. I think the access-date is a useful parameter for a citation, but I am careful to change the template itself, due to side effects in other articles and I don't want to cause that problems. Never edited a template so far in Wikiversity.--Bert Niehaus (discusscontribs) 19:13, 19 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
