Overall[edit source]

  1. Overall, this is an excellent chapter. It provides a really insightful and readable theoretical account of emotion management, with clear evidence of critical thinking. The text is well supported by study questions (they are not really quizzes).

Theory[edit source]

Research[edit source]

Written expression[edit source]

  1. Great introduction - but it's one very long paragraph. Each paragraph should communicate one key idea in three to five sentences.
  2. Spelling, grammar and proofreading
    1. Use Australian spelling e.g., hypothesize -> hypothesise

  1. Some images weren't captioned.

Overall[edit source]

Overview[edit source]

  1. This presentation uses narrated text with bullet-point slides and some accomanying images. It is a basic, but well done presentation.
  2. Probably use a font face such as Arial (easier to read)
  3. Increase font size (especially small font) to improve readability.
  4. Slow down audio to allow ideas to sink in for the viewer.
  5. Good overall presentation structure.
  6. There was too much text on some slides - highlight key points.
  7. Could use bullet-point animation to focus on points one at a time.
  8. Could use a different colour to highlight key text.
  9. Image credits
