Lua

[edit source]

If you know a bit about Lua, please help to structure a couse about it. Thanks. Gibrel 14:12, 11 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Shouldn't this be under Topic:Lua? --99.173.27.187 11:59, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
The discussion of the structure should be under Topic:Lua. The content itself should be in main space under Lua. See Wikiversity:Namespaces for details. -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 19:42, 4 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Lessons

[edit source]

I've organized the main page and a few subpages, moved the original Introduction lesson under the learning project, and added a Scribunto/Lua lesson to get people started. Is this what you had in mind? What's next? -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 01:51, 5 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Use of Module:Sandbox

[edit source]

So far it has been OK using Module:Sandbox: the history shows that only you and I have been active on it. However it strikes me that if more people get involved at the same time there could be all sorts of dysfunctional interactions. I have also started Module:Leuthasb1 to muck about in (my username;sb for sandbox;1 because I may need several). Does this seem like a good practice, or is there a better way of handling this. I was looking at how Wikipedia does this. They have user sandboxes under Sandbox. So I might have Module:Sandbox/Dave Braunschweig, and you might have Module:Sandbox/Leutha. I personally like this approach, as it keeps everything sandbox-related in a single 'learning project'. -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 04:17, 8 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

OK that sounds good. Better to have a consistent approach.Leutha (discusscontribs) 09:16, 8 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
