I appreciate your joining the project, and your input. Would you like me to clean up your English a little, or do you prefer leaving it as-is? The Jade Knight 00:42, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to edit it, ----Erkan Yilmaz uses the Wikiversity:Chat (try) 07:23, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Done; hope I didn't misinterpret anything you intended. The Jade Knight 08:24, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks very much for the help Jade. I hope I could with this edit clear your questions ? "relief chat": chat can have many purposes in my view, e.g. just making jokes to release the stress from a hectic day - for me that is the "fun chat". But since others are not familiar with my definitions I changed it. ----Erkan Yilmaz uses the Wikiversity:Chat (try) 08:50, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Glad to help. Let me know if you'd like me to clean anything up in the future. If it's short, I'll generally be glad to. I made one last little change, which I think better reflects what you mean. The Jade Knight 08:59, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It seems...[edit source]

"Welcoming: For JWSchmidt, "welcoming" means deleting or merging as little content as possible. JWSchmidt believes that deleting and merging content is rude and shows hostility to newcomers and their "seedling" projects. This is very important to JWSchmidt."

It seems like to lean on the side of keeping content risks off-putting certain contributors less than deleting content. I don't know how many users leave projects annoyed because someone didn't delete the page that they started and they didn't request that it be deleted. Emesee 09:45, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
