There's a lot of ambiguity that might be worth clearing up. Must presidents pledge not to study abroad in the following school term, and what happens if they do? Quorum is defined as 70%, but who counts for purposes of quorum? In the tiebreaking section, does "entire membership body" mean something different than quorum?
