Goal of the module

Describe and document activities that lead to the development of problem based approaches to the TAO Handbook and the TAO Community of Practice, based on persona descriptions and use scenarios.

Brainstorm (potential) use cases with regard to problems derived from existing persona descriptions or from your own experience and list them on the corresponding page:

• Brainstorming Use Cases for staff members in a managing or co-ordinating function (managers)

Describe (potential) use cases with regard to problems derived from existing persona descriptions or from your own experience and list them on the corresponding page:

• Use cases for staff members in a managing or co-ordinating function
• Use cases for instructors, moderators, or facilitators
• Use cases for consultants
