TAO/Use Cases for Managers

This page contains (potential) use cases for the TAO Handbook and Community of Practice from the perspective of staff members in a managing or co-ordinating function (see the personas overview page for a detailed description and a list of corresponding personas).

It should be specified whether a use scenario primarily involves the TAO Handbook, the TAO Community of Practice or both. (N.B.: The TAO Handbook contains formalized knowledge and know-how that can easily be transmitted in written form whereas the TAO Community of Practice is about generating and sharing know-how by bringing the right people together and putting them in front of concrete practical problems, for example in exchange workshops, peer consulting, coaching, inter-vision settings or similar).
