[edit | edit source]At the Duchess of Devonshire's fancy-dress ball, Hon. Cecil Arthur Campbell (at 272) was dressed as an Imperial Guard in the Court in the Empress Catherine II of Russia procession.[5][6]:p. 7, Col. 5b
