Evaluation occurs at many levels throughout a programme/initative/project/etc.


General Questions

Evaluating an Idea

Ideas are generally expressed in a proposal. How do we evaluate a proposal (or other form) in terms of its social impact?

Think carefully about the best way to evaluate your idea and incorporate appropriate measures.

In general (an approach to augment the evaluation of all ideas/projects/etc., consider a voting system via (e.g.) Survey Monkey (or other such tool) with colour coded questions relating to the various facets of sustainability (social, economic and environmental). See the figure on the Wikipedia entry for Sustainable Development.
