Rocks and minerals

[edit source]

To develop some hopefully enjoyable learning by doing resources I am preparing a number under three separate departments:

  1. Minerals under Mineralogy,
  2. Rocks under Petrology, and
  3. Volcanoes under Volcanology.

Each of these lectures has and may have a number of subpages including specific sciences. For example,

  1. Minerals has Mineralogy,
  2. Rocks has Glaciology, and
  3. Volcanoes has Volcanology.

Unless there are some objections, I will move these fields into the department portion of the topic namespace.

Comments, suggestions, questions, and criticisms are most welcome. What do you think? --Marshallsumter (discusscontribs) 23:42, 3 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
