Sorry, Reverett123, I had to remove your addition because this not the appropriate place for it because it adds length and adds an opinion on the nature of the condition which has its place elsewhere in the wiki. All this section is meant to do is to say what the wiki is about, i.e. learning the science behind Parkinson's and keeping up with research as it happens. The science itself is dealt with in a systematic way in the subsequent pages. I hope this is clear. We must keep the front page clear and simple; there is a case for shortening it even more which we shall consider later.
