Introduction[edit]

In this lesson, you will learn how to evaluate training materials using Cathy Moore’s “Checklist for Strong Learning Design.” Used with her permission, Cathy's Checklist will ensure that your training materials create powerful learning experiences that promote higher learner satisfaction and achievement. Using the SLD Checklist, you will assess various aspects of your materials to ensure that they are "action-oriented" vs. "information dumps."

After all, don't you want your learners to look like this.....................Instead of this?
