Pedandragogy is a term proposed by Samaroo, Cooper, and Green (2013) to synthesise pedagogy (child-focused teaching) and andragogy (adult-focused learning). Pedandragogy is proposed as an alternative to humanagogy (a whole new term not needed) and heutagogy (more focused on self-directed learning).
