A wikizen is a person that is one with the wiki community that he or she participates in.
  • Second Life account: ErkanYilmaz Core, Wikiversity user: User:Erkan Yilmaz
    • I was surprised how easy it was participating at Second Life (registering and in linux you just have to start a shell script after extracting the downloaded archive). Have to investigate more. ----Erkan Yilmaz uses the Wikiversity:Chat (try) 12:18, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

Where to start?[edit | edit source]

  • Try to connect to people:
    • In Second Life you can connect with: menu Search > People and then "Add Friend..."
    • At Wikiversity use a specific user's talk page (see also: Wikiversity:User talk page).
  • How about adding to your user page such a box? (so others get interested)
    • just add: {{Wikizens with a Second Life account}}

  • Look if you find something of interest in Category:Second Life. Nothing you like there? Be bold + add something fresh.
  • Create location in Second Life where learners can come to
