The Idea Incubator/User Agreement Summary Service

From Wikiversity

End-User license agreements are often lengthy and complex, yet users are routinely required to consent to the terms of the agreements before using website services and software products.

This provides an opportunity for independent agencies to offer a user service. The agency would study each unique agreement in depth and provide the user with a brief summary of the agreement highlighting any terms that are unfavorable to the user.

Because each unique agreement is typically presented to many users, the service can be economical. The service studies one instance of the user agreement in depth, and their findings could then be offered to the many users who are asked to consent to the agreement. The agency can charge a nominal fee for providing their summary and analysis of each user agreement.
