This template is for creating a redirection from a shortcut to a different wiki sister project, which is currently impossible to actually do due to technical restrictions. Typically it is best to make a hard redirect to the full name, and use {{soft redirect}} there.
However, please continue to use #REDIRECT [[Other article]] for all other redirects within the English Wikiversity.
