Write a subject outline.

The Subject and course development badge is awarded to people who develop a subject or course through the project work on the Wikiversity project, 'Creating an Accessible Course'. Specifically they have:

1. Developed learning objectives (acceptable to an over arching education regulator such as the Australian Qualification Framework) and flexible assessment methods
2. Published a course outline, course website and set up communication channels
3. Developed, published and facilitated accessible learning activities
4. Managed and published information and data related to the course
5. Facilitated, moderated and administered an accessible course

Award this badge to someone in one of two ways:

1. Wikiversity: Paste the following on their Userpage {{Badge-Subject and course development}}
2. Credly: Claim it on the Credly site
