Add Robert Sternberg's 8 styles of conflict resolutions

[edit source]

Research Robert Sternberg's 8 styles of conflict resolutions and add this discussion to the course. Pay particular attention to the "step-down" strategy. Seven of the styles are identified as: physical action, economic action, wait and see, accept the situation, step-down, 3rd-party intervention, and undermine esteem. See, for example: Styles of Conflict Resolution. Journal of Personality and Social Psychology 47(1):115-126 · July 1984, Robert Sternberg and Lawrence J Soriano at: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/228079818_Styles_of_Conflict_Resolution Thanks! --Lbeaumont (discusscontribs) 20:56, 24 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
