The Inner Core of the earth is made of nickel silicide (NixSiy) from centre out to a radius of 1200 km.[1]
The Fluid Core around the inner core is make of iron-sulfur alloy (Fe plus S) out to radius 3500 km.
The Core Floaters (CaS and MgS) sit between the fluid core and the lower mantle at radius 5700 km.
The Lower Mantle (MgSiO3 is below the unknown compostion Upper Mantle.
The Crust sits over the top of the upper mantle at approximately 6400 km.[2]
