@AnnaTalafuse: This looks much better. Note from Wikiversity:Naming conventions that we try to avoid lesson numbers in page titles. Something like the following would be easier for others to find and navigate:

  1. Introduction
  2. Customer Service
  3. Professions
  4. Service Culture
  5. Customer Relationship Management
  6. Customer Service Breakdowns
  7. Technology
  8. Group Project
  9. Communication
  10. Customer Loyalty
  11. Relational Exchange Theory
  12. Group Project 2
  13. Ethics
  14. Presentation (or Group Project 3)
  15. Closure
