@AnnaTalafuse: This looks much better. Note from Wikiversity:Naming conventions that we try to avoid lesson numbers in page titles. Something like the following would be easier for others to find and navigate:
- Introduction
- Customer Service
- Professions
- Service Culture
- Customer Relationship Management
- Customer Service Breakdowns
- Technology
- Group Project
- Communication
- Customer Loyalty
- Relational Exchange Theory
- Group Project 2
- Ethics
- Presentation (or Group Project 3)
- Closure
