The template looks great to me!
Maybe add a small lead above the table to orient people?
And the YouTube option made me curious -- were people already providing that? Are the sessions getting recorded? Or is it a placeholder for whatever other content they might want to add? (I would be a bit freaked out as a presenter if I thought I was on the hook for a YouTube video unexpectedly).
