Talk:Motivation and emotion/Book/2020/Orthorexia and emotion
Heading casing[edit source]
Hi, I find this topic really interesting as I haven't heard of orthorexia before. My book chapter is about intuitive eating, which is a non-diet approach used with patients who suffer from eating disorders. It focuses on listening to internal cues of hunger and satiety, building a healthy relationship with food and removing guilt associated with eating. I think these two topics tie together well. I understand orthorexia is a relatively new term and not recognised in the DSM-5 yet, which might explain why I couldn't find any studies using intuitive eating practices with those who suffer from orthorexia. I think your chapter may benefit from a mention of intuitive eating in a further research section and discuss how this approach may be helpful for those who suffer from orthorexia. I look forward to reading your chapter! --BirdU3171984 (discuss • contribs) 03:32, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
FYI, the convention on Wikiversity is for sentence casing. For example, the wikitext should be:
== Cats and mice == |
