Addition suggested[edit source]

Will it be a good idea to add some more things about meditation here?

Since meditation is not just a prayer, we can say something scientific about meditation. May be these statements can be beyond the bonds of all religions.

Pl. check the article on meditation in wikipedia

confusion?[edit source]

hi all, i'm new to wikiversity, and read lesson one about meditation last night. interesting, but a bit unclear. since the lesson per se is a .pdf on another site, and contains all the text here, maybe the wiki should have a more of an introductory nature? explain what the lesson is about, some terminology etc. i fear i'm not enough in the know to do anything myself. Additional Practices[edit source]

It would be good if the practice section can be expanded to give instruction on a variety of useful mediation techniques. Thanks!--Lbeaumont (talk) 17:00, 5 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The specific practices described in the main text should be reconciled with the Meditation/Techniques page created for this course. Will techniques continue to be described on the main page, or will they be collected on the Meditation/Techniques page? Thanks. --Lbeaumont (talk) 11:23, 14 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Suggested Resource[edit source]

The website http://positivityresonance.com/meditations.html include several guided meditations. It seems helpful to integrate these into this course. --Lbeaumont (talk) 16:46, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
