There is some evidence appearing that biological evolution itself has evolved to a point. Where there is less randomness and has an inbuilt bias and direction. The point being is intentional evolution is something that already exists in organisms on the planet. But its mostly directed by processes unaware to the organism be it an animal or plant. It could be argued humans already use knowledge for intentional evolution i.e to prevent or treat disease there by extending the longevity of the species.
