Project proposal: The Hunting of the Snark[edit source]

I have a project proposal, as the Snark gave me some surprises more than 130 years after his birth (Carroll got the idea in 1874). The Wikiversity would be appropriate for such a project, as I found most sources in the WP and in the internet. Topic: Henry Holiday's illustrations to the Lewis Carroll's The Hunting of the Snark. As a result a "A document showing possible sources of Holiday's ideas" has been generated, which could be used as a learning tool for arts education: Henry Holiday's illustrations are compared with etchings, engravings and paintings made by earlier artists. --Snark 05:44, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Spelling Corrections[edit source]

Might it not be a good idea to spell "Walter Scott: Waverly" correctly? WAVERLEY

Likewise William Makepeace Thackery: Vanity Fair - should be THAKERAY
