[edit | edit source]September 1890, the time Percy Bullock joined the Golden Dawn, he also took part in a Dawn subgroup that practiced alchemy (Howe 85 77).
1891 March, Alexander Carden and Anne Carden were initiated into the Golden Dawn, the Isis-Urania Temple (Küntz 182). His was signature 100 in the "Golden-Dawn Address Book" and hers was 101, on the same date [March 1891]) (Küntz 182)
1892, possibly January through June or so, Florence Farr was Cancellarius of the Golden Dawn "for the first half of 1892" (Gilbert 86 32). Percy Bullock succeeded her.
1892 March 22, Pamela Carden was admitted to the Golden Dawn (Küntz 182).
1892 July 3, Percy Bullock was initiated into the Inner Order of the Golden Dawn (Küntz 181).

Those members of the Golden Dawn who kept the "magical ethos" of the Order "followed Dr Felkin ..., renamed their branch of the Order the Stella Matutina and set up the Amoun Temple" (Gilbert 86 41).

[edit | edit source]- The Alexander Carden who died in 1897 (Küntz) was the father, Alexander James Carden, not the son. So he and Anne Carden were Pamela Carden's parents.
