About this learning project

[edit | edit source]

In 2014 learning community 'system development' started a learning project for teachers and parents to learn more about Scratch and how it enables young children to improve their computing skills. This learning project is block-based, which makes it suitable for younger audiences and introduces the basics of coding. Scratch is based of blocks which are each like a certain function in text programming. There are also characters known as sprites which you can put in the end result.
