Being Bold, here and at Wikibooks

There are a lot of language courses that seem to be duplicated here and at Wikibooks. To avoid this sort of thing, I've:

Created a new Irish Studies portal page
Moved most of the (non-language) Irish content from the old Irish portal into a new "Irish Cultural Studies" section
Created an Irish Language tab that features the Irish language textbook under development at Wikibooks as the primary resource for progressive lessons and language reference
Moved the existing bare-bones Irish-language content into a sidebar, with the aim of incorporating it into Wikibooks and eventually blanking out and delinking the pages.

Both sites look to have been abandoned for at least a few years. My hope is that by creating a single, simple structure for content it will encourage others to contribute and make it easier for casual users to participate meaningfully with the site.
