The source copyrighted text in Russian is available at Google Books. I suppose that the translation is also copyrighted.

The same text was uploaded in 2010 at Russian Wikiversity. I deleted it today in Russian Wikiversity because (1) it is copyrighted text, (2) it is fringe science. --Andrew Krizhanovsky (discuss • contribs) 06:44, 6 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
