Motivational interviewing

Motivational interviewing was developed by William Miller and Stephen Rollnick as a counseling approach to helping clients discover their own desire to change unhealthy behaviors. The work of MI begain in chemical dependancy but it has been found to be useful in other forms psychotherapy.
