I'm not so sure we want to encourage the blanket creation of content in userspace. We are already starting to see a lot of developed content in userspace that is not getting moved to mainspace. I feel that this will discourage the collaborative development of learning materials at wv, which is one of our fundamental goals. The use of sandboxes in userspace to try out ideas is fine, but we need to place more emphasis on cooperative editing, and I feel that this line in the system message runs counter to that. --mikeu ^talk 14:40, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
