New Concept Website Company(NCWC) is now facing a problem, their newly designed website for a marketing companyX cannot attract enough customers. What’s more, some CompanyX’s customers also complain about the difficulties in navigation and finding important information on this site.
Now as a group of website interaction design experts, please identify the detailed problems of this newly designed website, and try to fix these problems. During this process, you may need to conduct interviews with Company X’s clients, managers and staff of CompanyX and NCWC to know their needs and reactions to your modifications.
You need to take turns to be group leader, and group leader should report weekly progress.
